Human Rights Management

Shinil CM regulates human rights management based on domestic and international guidelines such as the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Labor Organization (ILO) conventions.
We have established a human rights management policy. This policy applies not only to Shinil CM employees but also to stakeholders.
We are using this as a standard for protecting and promoting human rights. In addition, Shinil CM operates a reporting channel for handling complaints, etc.
We pursue sustainable human rights management through activities such as labor-management council activities.

Occupational safety and health management

Shinil CM has established and operates a company-wide safety and health management system. The company has established a Safety and Health Committee to regularly review safety and health issues, and a dedicated safety organization supports the company's safety and health management system. At the workplace, supervisors, led by the plant manager, who is responsible for overall safety and health, oversee on-site safety and health activities. Safety managers and designated health managers enhance expertise. Furthermore, the company is continuously expanding its efforts to proactively identify and address on-site risks.

Talent Management

Shinil CM's talent management system fosters an environment that enhances employee capabilities and improves performance by improving recruitment and development, fostering a sound organizational culture, and monitoring the process.
