Product Introduction

Types of concrete

Types of concrete

    • It is a concrete with high fluidity that fills the gaps without separate compaction.

    • When used in complex-shaped formwork or structures with dense reinforcement, it can improve construction convenience and quality.

    • Fluidity is ensured by using high-performance water-reducing agents or thickeners.

    • In line with the trend toward larger and lighter civil engineering structures, high-strength concrete is an essential element for reducing load.

    • This refers to concrete with a higher compressive strength than ordinary concrete. Ordinary concrete refers to concrete with a compressive strength of 18 MPa or more, and high-strength concrete refers to concrete with a compressive strength of 40 MPa or more.

    • The purpose is to minimize the temperature difference between the center and the outside in MASS concrete structures such as foundation MAT where it is difficult to dissipate the internal temperature, so concrete that suppresses the heat of hydration (mixture replacement ratio of 50-70%)

    • Colored concrete is concrete with various colors to add aesthetic value to various spaces such as buildings, roads, sidewalks, and landscaping.

    • This is a method of mixing cement aggregate (sand, gravel), water, and inorganic pigments (iron oxide, chromium oxide, etc.) to create color when mixing concrete.
This method has the advantage of evenly distributing color throughout the concrete, reducing fading or peeling, and providing excellent durability.

    • Concrete that has improved toughness and impact resistance by mixing short fibers such as glass fiber, steel fiber, and synthetic fiber into the concrete.

    • It has the effect of suppressing crack formation and preventing rapid collapse when destroyed.

    • It is used for tunnels, airport runways, industrial flooring, etc.

    • Exposed Concrete is a method of finishing that exposes the concrete color and texture.
Finished concrete that can express surface texture and shape using formwork patterns, including various finishing techniques.
